The continuous promotion of the economic strategy of ”deeply cultivating Taiwan while reaching out the world” is both a challenge and an opportunity to further develop and build a strong connections among organizations especially people in the community. In the bottom-up approach of rural regeneration, the management and types of activities are led by the people in the community themselves, from the identification of the problems, solutions needed and the implementation of projects are all done by its people.
